These data were compiled from the information on the MyDogDNA website during March 2016. Not all breeds are depicted here, either because there was not enough information available, or because a breed was broken up into varieties and those were not included. You should check the MDD website for the latest information.

Below are two pairs of graphs. The top pair orders the breeds alphabetically so you can find the one you're looking for. The second pair orders them by rank so you can see where a breed sits relative to all others for which there are data. The red line on the second pair is the median heterozygosity for all dogs in the database and the green line is the median heterozygosity of mixed breed dogs.
